Ms. Frederique Allou is a Lecturer in the School of Business and Social Sciences at the International University of Grand-Bassam (Côte d’Ivoire). She holds a Masters in Public Administration (Management and Finance) from Georgia State University (USA), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgia State University (USA). Her research interests include the impact of governance in Economic growth in Africa, School funding and student performance, transformational leadership and good governance. Ms. Allou has previously worked for an Atlanta-based charter school in the administration, and for an Ivorian agricultural company as the external relationship and procurement manager.
