Dr. Lancine COULIBALY is Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Social Science (BSS) at the International University of Grand Bassam (IUGB). He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University, (City of Wilmington, Delaware), a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Laverne, (City of Laverne, California), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the National University of San Diego, (San Diego, California). His research interests include a study exploring the perceptions and experiences of industry leaders and government officials regarding Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Ivory Coast.
Dr. Coulibaly has previously worked for the Economic Promotion Service Bureau (Minister of Finance) in the USA, Canada, and Mexico as a Director of Human Resources from 2011 to 2016. He also worked at the Community Counsel services of the City of Philadelphia (USA) as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant from 2005 to 2011 and the Bridge Technologies and Services in (USA) as a Managing Director from 2001 to 2005. He taught courses in public safety, law, management, organizational behavior to the administrators and the police commissioners at the National Police academic of Ivory Coast from 1993 to 1997 and as a lecturer, teaching management and marketing courses at Southern California Career Educational in Los Angeles (USA) from 1998 to 2001.
